Free Breakfast Seminars: Managing IT Production
The IT Production side of I.T. can sometimes be forgotten, or treated as a fixed cost overhead. At the same time, the IT Production teams face increasing challenges:
- Increasing demands on Storage, Processing and Networking infrastructure, due to new Projects and Regulatory issues.
- How to Manage Costs at the same time as delivering support for a growing portfolio of IT infrastructure,
