Registration form for 2004 Seminars
The Free Breakfast Seminars will last from 8:15 to 9:45, and will be held in the Regus Offices in Tower 42 - the tallest in the City of London, and just 100 yards from the Bank of England and the Stock Exchange. Seminars will be available on the following dates in 2004:
- Friday 8th October
- Tuesday 2nd November
- Wednesday 8th December
Please fill in your details in the form below, indicating the preferred date(s) for attendance. The Seminars are Free, although if you register, and are unable to attend, we would ask you to advise us as soon as possible, so that other people would have the opportunity to attend instead.
Notes:
- Places at this seminar will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Therefore, you are requested to advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
- If you do not attend the seminar without giving prior notice more than 48 hours beforehand, you may be charged an administrative fee of £50, to cover the expenses incurred.
- In the event of insufficient people becoming available to attend the seminar, we will notify all registered attendees in advance, and no fees will be charged.
Receipt of this document by Dennis Adams Associates Limited will indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions on behalf of the company.
