Dennis Adams Associates Pioneers New IT Consultancy Marketplace With Salesforce.com
London - June 11th, 2008 - Dennis Adams Associates Limited, the company behind the creation of the MOPS methodology for Strategic Management of IT Production, has announced an agreement with salesforce.com, the market and technology leader in Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service.
Dennis Adams Associates will use Salesforce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM for salesforce automation, partner relationship management, marketing, and customer service.
The company needed a CRM solution that would empower the sales force to capture opportunities and ensure that they were tracked to the point where they result in consultancy engagements. It was clear that the previous office systems were inadequate to the task, and so Dennis Adams Associates embarked on a search to find a technical solution which would enable them to grow.
"We had been on the market for a sales management system for some time and considered a number of options, mainly in-house hosted solutions," said Dennis Adams, managing director at Dennis Adams Associates.
"Salesforce.com presented us with a totally different business model, which aligned perfectly with our long term sales development and growth plans. One of the key attractions of the salesforce.com approach is its flexibility and scalability for a small company such as ourselves."
