Dennis Adams elected Associate of the Institute of Quality Assurance
From the Managing Director:
In a document dated 11th November 2005, the Institute of Quality Assurance stated that, in the opinion of the Qualifications Board, Dennis Adams had met the necessary requirements and has been elected a non-corporate member of the Institute in the grade of:
Associate of the IQA, with the the right to use the initials AIQA
This accreditation will enable the company to participate more fully in the Quality Assurance area, which is of special interest these days, with the arrival of BS 15000 certification. BS 15000 enables organisations to demonstrate their conformance to best practices for Service Management, and marks a logical progression from ITIL.
